Three years ago, Set4All was born out of the excitement my partner and I felt for clothing. Our shared passion for comfort and confidence inspired us to create the most incredible heavyweight sets in stunning shades. It wasn't an easy journey—our days were filled with brainstorming sessions, late nights, and countless trials and errors. But every challenge was worth it.

Starting this venture was more than just a leap; it was an exhilarating dive into a world where our love for fashion met our desire to help people feel their best. Each obstacle we overcame brought us closer to our dream: designing outfits that seamlessly blend comfort and style.

When will my order ship and when will I recieve it?

For regular domestic orders, We usually ship within 1-3 business days and expect it to reach you within 6-10 business days after shipping, this time includes both processing and shipping durations.

What is your domestic return Policy?

If you're not happy with your SET...

Your item(s) maybe exchanged for a different item or online store credit within 30 days of placing your order. Should you wish to exchange your order or recieve store credit, you have 30 days to initiate your return. We will only accept items that are new and unworn with tags attached. If returned items(s) shows any sign of wear or damage, we will contact you directly. Once you have submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item (s). Items on our "Sale" page is FINAL SALE and are not eligible for reutrn or exchange.

If you request an exchange, your item(s) is not guaranteed to be in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return has been dropped off and scanned by your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange item(s) is still in stock. If your requested item(s) is no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

PLEASE NOTEif you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return. 

How long does exchange process takes?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

What is SET4ALL reward program? How does it work?

Welcome to SET4ALL Rewards! When you create an account, you automatically become a SET4ALL Rewards member. Enjoy earning 5 points for every $1 spent and collect points through various activities. Redeem your points for exciting perks or select merchandise. The best part? Joining is free, and you'll receive 200 points just for signing up. Stay tuned for special promotions on specific occasions, offering extra Reward points. Your account will automatically update with the latest points total after each order. Please allow up to 14 days for new points to appear in your account.

In general, all garments run true to size. We recommmend sizing up for oversized look.
